Out of hours supportTo clarify additional work requests (eg. applying bespoke configuration to servers, installing SSL certificates, etc.) where the requirement is for the tasks to be completed out of normal hours.
Normal support time:
9am to 5pm - Monday to Friday
Also, additional work does need to be pre-booked and any additional costs agreed (if applicable). In addition we require at least 7 days notice to book in work to be completed.
This does not affect normal support requests, where we will endeavour to answer your call within 24 hours. Our staff respond to messages during regular business hours (as shown above) although we also attempt to answer messages in the evenings and weekends whenever possible! Messages are normally answered within 24-48 hours where the request is submitted in the correct manner:
